JianZhen LingMou (hereinafter referred to as "JianZhen LingMou" or "this Product") is a hardware-software integrated product provided by Shenzhen Guanyu Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us" or the "Company").

The smart hardware devices include the JianZhen LingMou smart camera (the "Camera") and the JianZhen LingMou smart doorbell (the "Doorbell"). The mobile client software refers to the APP that, after being bound to a smart hardware device, can manage that device (the "APP"). You can view real-time and historical videos captured by the smart hardware devices through the APP. We also provide image/video event alerts, sound event alerts, voice intercom and other functions through the APP.

We highly value your trust. We will adopt mature security standards and corresponding security measures to protect your personal information.

This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") describes how we collect, use, store, share and transfer your personal information and information of the smart hardware devices when you use the JianZhen LingMou APP, and how we provide you with the means to access, update, delete and protect such information. Please read and understand this Policy carefully before using the APP. Once you start using this Product and our services, you are deemed to have fully understood and agreed to this Policy.

I. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information

We will collect and use your personal information as described in this Policy, which may include personal sensitive information (such as images and information of you and your family, location, call records via the camera, and purchase/consumption records). We will use compliant techniques to encrypt and store the sensitive information you have expressly consented to or actively provided.

(1) Realize the main functions of the camera

Core functions are basic functions supporting normal operation of the APP. If you do not consent to the collection and use of personal information necessary for us to provide such services, you will not be able to use this Product.

1. Information collected via account registration. After installing the APP, you need to register or log in to a JianZhen LingMou account. You may register/log in with a phone number and password, or via WeChat login. Based on cooperation with WeChat, with your express consent, WeChat will send your WeChat ID to us for fast login. You can change your avatar and password via "Me -> Account Management". When you cancel your account, we will stop using and delete the above information or anonymize it, unless otherwise required by laws and regulations.
2. Bind smart hardware devices. After login, you may bind the APP and a smart hardware device via acoustic-wave sensing. To complete the binding, we need to obtain your location (used to obtain the WiFi list), WiFi network information, on/off and network connection status of the device and phone, device model, mobile carrier, mobile OS and version, phone model, and local storage. The above information will be uploaded to our servers to prevent unauthorized access. You can unbind the device via "Settings -> Unbind".
3. View videos captured by the device. After binding, you may view real-time and historical videos via the APP, save videos locally, or share via third-party apps. With "Cloud Recording" enabled and the device connected to WiFi, all videos will be encrypted and uploaded to our servers and retained for up to 7 days. With "Card Recording", videos are saved only locally and will not be uploaded.
4. Manage smart hardware devices. Through "Camera -> Settings" / "Doorbell -> Settings" you can configure naming, scenes, stay alarm, dismantle alarm, do-not-disturb, smart housekeeping, family album, etc. When you enable do-not-disturb at home, you need to authorize us to obtain your phone's MAC address to confirm that the phone and device are on the same WiFi.
5. Doorbell phone-call function. When you do not receive or miss a doorbell call in the software, the doorbell will notify you via SMS to your phone number. The SMS service is provided by the telecom carrier; we will share your bound phone number with the carrier for this purpose.

(2) Additional functions

Additional functions are services other than core/third-party functions, which require you to enable them on your own. If not enabled, we will not collect related personal information.

1. Screenshot/Recording. Allows you to take screenshots while viewing videos. Screenshots are uploaded to the server for synchronized viewing across devices.
2. Motion detection. We identify images captured by smart devices to provide motion alerts and protect family safety.
3. Sharing devices. You may share devices via WeChat or invite friends by phone number. When you choose to invite by phone number, we need access to "Contacts permission" to read your contacts list locally for selection only — your contacts list will not be uploaded.
4. Network speed monitoring. When phone and device are on the same network, we use system public APIs to test network speed.
5. Cloud recording purchase. Provides you with on-demand viewing/saving of historical videos. Payments are made via third-party channels (WeChat Pay, Alipay, Apple Pay). We only obtain product name, order number, amount, and payment status.
6. Advertising. To support free service and ongoing improvement, we integrate third-party ad SDKs in the APP to display advertising content. See Section X for details.

(3) Device permission calls

The APP will call certain permissions on your phone. You may turn off some or all of the permissions in the device settings.

(4) Improving products and services

1. Product improvement. We will obtain the following info via system public APIs: IMEI, MAC address, carrier, phone model, OS version, system number, system ID, screen resolution, network type, APP names/versions/package names, usage time and frequency, and crash logs. This is used to count users, analyze usage, troubleshoot crashes and optimize features.
2. Feedback. Through "Me -> Help & Feedback -> Feedback" you may submit feedback or inquiries. You may need to provide contact info (QQ, phone), problem type, hardware type, description and attachments.

(5) Security

To improve the security of services provided by us, our affiliates and partners, we may use or integrate your account, device, APP usage information and information lawfully shared by partners to authenticate identity, detect and prevent security incidents.

(6) Exceptions to consent

1. Related to national security or defense;
2. Related to public safety, public health or major public interests;
3. Related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial or judgment execution;
4. For protecting major legal rights of the data subject or others where consent is hard to obtain;
5. Information disclosed by yourself to the public;
6. Collected from lawfully publicly disclosed information;
7. Necessary for entering into a contract at your request;
8. Necessary to maintain safe and stable operation of the products/services;
9. Necessary for lawful news reporting;
10. Necessary for academic research with de-identified results;
11. Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.

(7) Information collection

1. To allocate the nearest server and improve access speed, we will collect your IP address.
2. To identify your device ID and ensure operation quality, we will collect your device information including device serial numbers (IMEI, MEID, Android ID, IMSI, GUID, MAC, OAID (Open Anonymous Device Identifier)), installed/running app information. OAID is collected by advertising SDKs and the MSA SDK at runtime for ad attribution analysis and anti-fraud purposes only, and will not be linked to your real identity. We will also obtain clipboard content only when you actively copy a device ID in the device details page.
3. When you interact with our sites/services through the device, we may collect real-time precise or non-precise geolocation information.

II. How We Store Your Personal Information

Personal information collected and generated within the People's Republic of China will be stored in the PRC and will not be transferred across borders.

We only store your personal information for the shortest period necessary for the purposes of this Policy and as required by laws and regulations. Cloud-recording video retention is based on your purchased plan; once you stop using cloud recording, related video files will no longer be stored on the server.

If we cease operation of the JianZhen LingMou products or services, we will promptly stop collecting your personal information and delete or anonymize the personal information stored.

III. How We Share, Transfer and Publicly Disclose Your Personal Information

(1) Sharing

1. With your express consent;
2. According to laws/regulations, dispute resolution needs, or lawful requests from administrative or judicial authorities;
3. To the extent permitted by laws to protect interests, property or safety from damage;
4. Between affiliated companies for providing services, with personal information processing subject to this Policy.

(2) Transfer

1. In merger, acquisition, asset transfer or similar transactions;
2. To meet legal/regulatory or mandatory governmental requirements;
3. With your express consent.

(3) Disclosure

1. With your express consent;
2. Under mandatory laws, legal procedures, litigation or governmental requirements;
3. To protect interests, property or safety of JianZhen LingMou, affiliates, you, other users or the public;
4. Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.

IV. How We Protect Your Personal Information

1. JianZhen LingMou has passed the Information System Security Level Protection Level 3 Certification by the Ministry of Public Security and the ISO 27001 information-security-management-system certification.
2. We deploy access control on the server side, applying the minimum-sufficient-authorization principle to staff with potential access to your personal information.
3. The servers storing your personal information are running hardened operating systems with account audits and operation monitoring.
4. We regularly train staff on personal-information-protection laws and regulations.
5. If physical/technical/management protections are compromised, we will activate emergency plans, report to authorities and notify users in a reasonable manner.

V. Your Rights to Manage Your Personal Information

(1) Access and correction

You can change your account name and password in the APP account settings.

(2) Deletion

You may request deletion under the following circumstances: collected without your express consent; processing in violation of laws and regulations; processing in breach of our agreement with you; you cancel the account, uninstall or no longer use the products; we stop providing services to you. We will respond within 15 working days.

(3) Account cancellation

You may cancel via "Account Settings -> Other Account Settings -> Cancel Account". We will delete or anonymize your personal information within 10 working days after cancellation.

(4) Withdrawing consent

You may withdraw via system "Settings -> App Settings -> JianZhen LingMou -> Permission Management", or by disabling related functions / unbinding devices through paths described in Section I.

(5) Responding to your requests

For security, you may need to provide a written request or otherwise prove your identity. Some information may not be accessible, modifiable or deletable due to legal/security/technical limitations.

VI. Protection of Minors' Personal Information

This Product is not specifically designed for minors. Minors under 18 require consent and authorization from themselves or their guardians. Children under 14 require parental/guardian reading of this Policy and consent before submitting personal information.

VII. Scope of This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy only applies to the JianZhen LingMou APP. It does NOT apply to:

1. Information collected by third-party products/services into which JianZhen LingMou products are embedded;
2. Information collected by third-party services, advertisements, or other companies/organizations/individuals integrated into JianZhen LingMou.

VIII. Changes and Amendments

This Policy may change. We will not restrict your rights without your express consent. For material changes, we will provide prominent notices (e.g., pop-ups upon APP revision/upgrade or re-login).

X. Appendix — Third-party SDK Partners and Shared Information

To ensure functionality and stable operation of the JianZhen LingMou APP, we may integrate Software Development Kits (SDKs) provided by third parties. We strictly monitor the security of integrated SDKs to protect data security. You are advised to read the privacy policies of the third parties carefully. The third-party SDKs currently integrated are listed below.
